Shipping/Returns: Store Policies

All gems are designed, crafted, and shipped by Jas. To ensure your gems arrive to your desired location please be sure to read the information on this page.

United States

Price: $5.00

Once shipped:

  • Please allow at least 1 full business week for your gems to arrive safely to you.

Processing Time

Please allow at least 7-10 business days for myself to craft gems before shipping them to you.

  • Each item on the site is "made to order"and it takes time to craft each gem.

  • Once gems are crafted you will receive an official shipping confirmation email detailing tracking information.

**This time frame is an estimation that could change due to order volume at the time.

International

Price: Calculated at Checkout based on country location

Once shipped:

  • Please allow at least 1-2 business weeks for your gems to arrive safely to you. 

Return Policies & Restrictions

POLICY

Due to all items being custom made to order pieces I will not be accepting returns at this time.

  • If there is an issue with your order please contact me within the "contact" tab and briefly detail the issue along with your name and order number. I will gladly work with you to find a solution!

  • If a package is returned to me by USPS due to a failed delivery attempt, you have 1 business week to contact me so I can re-mail your package.

  • After the week is up I am no longer responsible for the contents in the package.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO:

  • Enter your address in the correct format.

  • Track your gems once receiving your shipping confirmation email, especially for International Orders.

  • Reach out via the contact form if you have questions or concerns.
